The aftermath

Those aforementioned creatures? The ones that weren't stirring? They stirred. Hurricanes Will and Ellie, respectively. Luckily every building Will constructs (with his tireless assistant) is built to sustain such storms.

Both kids got "wheels" for Christmas. Omi and Opa gave Ellie a doggie (you know Elle) ride-on.
Grandma and Grandpa gave Will a two-(four) wheeler, complete with flames on the side. And it was mild enough that he had the opportunity to test it outside.
Best of all, we had four generations together (Grandpa and Daddy took turns playing photographer).

We're now engaging in the battle to reclaim some semblance of a schedule. It's not for the faint of heart. But it's a small price to pay, right?
