One haircut down, one to go

Will is sporting a fresh 'do, courtesy of the same barber responsible for the coiffure of Daddy, Grandpa and Opa.
Sigh... I'd say he was 4 going on 14, save for the owl jammies.

Elle's first haircut is next, hopefully tomorrow. Here's the "before" shot, for posterity:
We (and by we, I mean me) are working toward a chin-length bob, but given Ellie's penchant for pulling out her barrettes, her locks are in need of a little interim TLC.

The kids took a swim in the whirlpool bath tonight, then snuggled under the covers for stories.
Gotta admit, I love this picture. Isn't it amazing that they're always this pleasant and cooperative?

I can't even *type* that with a straight face. ;)
