The lure of the island

Ellie is interested, nay, intrigued, by whatever the rest of us are doing up on the kitchen island (where Mommy and Will hide the crayons, computer and phone). She won't settle for strapping into her booster seat to observe the action. She wants in.

Look at this big kid! She's so happy up on her bar stool perch. If only she understood the whole gravity (and hard wood floor) thing, I'd be so much more comfortable with her endeavors.
