Daddy's birthday, take II

Daddy's actual birthday, June 22, we celebrated with the four of us, Grandma, Grandpa and Aunt Liz (who had moderate success wrangling the Knudsens for a photo).
Aunt Liz apparently snuck a few candids with our camera. She revisited her famous "extreme baby closeup" of old (9.7.03)......with a boy who's not a baby anymore. But does have extreme eyelashes. ;)
Liz also caught our party girl in action.
When it came time for Daddy to blow out his candle (Butterfield has a fire code, people!), Ellie was there to assist.
Back home, the kids were a big help opening more presents for the birthday boy.
