A grasshopper of Biblical proportions

Maybe *this* is what they were talking about when locusts caused all sorts of drama back in the day. You've gotta admit she's huge!
Maybe some sort of lobster-locust hybrid? Grandpa and Dad found 'em on the golf course. Luckily, they weren't eating the vegetation. But she did seem to like lettuce! We watched her chomp along before releasing her into the wild.
