You can hear the wind in the video, and the parents looked appropriately chilly—I was (conveniently) at boot camp—but the kids still found plenty of pleasure in searching for eggs in the snow.

Will's friend Eliot's dad bravely took on the boys in a snowball fight. Will tells me the boys won.
May they always be this oblivious to the cruelty of Chicago's winters.
