More zoo for you
We couldn't leave the zoo without a few additional stops. First the giraffes, who were enjoying lunch.
As we made our way around their home, we spied a family of Canada geese. We were smitten with the gosling, especially when it went bottom-up to scour the pond for snacks.
We then had to stop by the temporary stingray exhibit. It was different than what we expected, just a bunch of stingrays swimming in a pool, surrounded by people trying to pet them. Although their stingers are trimmed, Will and Ellie weren't feeling like it was the wisest idea and were content to watch.
Finally, Ellie wanted to visit the carousel, and I was happy to abide.
As we circled, Will's wolf pup Commander Cody waved at Ellie's big wolf and her pup Flower.
Until next time!
