Cabin fever

It's 31°, damp and breezy. Will is off for a day of camp at Naper Settlement. Meanwhile, Ellie was intent on exploring outside this morning—in her nightgown, sweatshirt and "Uggies." She ran and danced, talked and sang, and came in frequently to warm up before heading out again.
That girl is such a hoot when she's not testing her mommy and daddy!

Note our snow is all but gone, although up to an inch is forecast for later today. I don't mind too much, since rainy and 32° is my least favorite weather. And an inch of snow will hide the leaf piles our next door neighbor never got around to bagging. Ma nature may tease us, but I know spring won't be here for a while...
