Pizza year older (give or take)

We've celebrated a birthday or two with our friend Pete. It wasn't so long ago that we were celebrating his 18th birthday. That was in my parents' kitchen.
This year it was in our kitchen, where the fruit is still fake and the cookbooks are still vegetarian, but now Will and Elle are closer to 18 than we are. As a matter of fact, some of us are twice 18 now.
Happy birthday, Pete! And here's to more birthdays in the Knudsens' kitchen. ;)
