Not exaggerating: no more than 10 minutes after we walked through my parents' door, Will was out of his jeans, into his suit and swim vest (the coolest thing ever!) and in the pool, paddling around with a pool noodle. I think he's part fish.
Poor Ellie didn't fare as well... she missed her nap on the flight, and crashed in Daddy's arms after we arrived. I can tell you with conviction that, if you have to be sick, it's better to be sick in Florida than sick in the cold and snow at home. That said, it still stinks.
