Walk it off

I feel comfortable submitting (as if that were necessary) to ice cream when we walk a mile and a half to get it. Will walked the whole way (and almost the whole way back), even pulling Ellie in the wagon for blocks at a time.
We made a quick stop in front of Will's kindergarten. Who is this little man, and where did my baby go?
Again taking in the gorgeous evening, we ate our ice cream outside. Mmm mm!
No complaints from the peanut gallery.
If you know me, you know my aversion to mess (despite the fact I live in the midst of one). I stood by patiently as Ellie ate her cookies and cream by herself. Patiently with a box of wipes, that is.
Ah, if only a box of wipes had been enough. ;)
