Carving time

In our household, more carving happens around Halloween than Thanksgiving. ;) For Will and Ellie, creating jack-o'-lanterns started and ended with choosing their patterns. Why?
They're not big fans of guts. I'm sure they'd wield the knives, but that's where we draw the line! Will did keep me company, at least. And, yes, I'm really this glamorous in the a.m.

I apologize for the poor photography; I don't exactly have a steady hand. But Ellie's pumpkin is a cat, and Will's is Captain Rex from Star Wars The Clone Wars.
Andy has become a pro at the clean-out, and did a great job on Ellie's kitty. I know the clone trooper is a little... abstract. But it made Will happy!
