It's Dan-aid-ah

We love the annual Newcomers hayride at Danada Farms. Still struggling to pronounce it correctly, though (Dan-Aid-ah? Really?). Will was excited to have his friend Eliot's family along for the ride. (And again, a blurry photo thanks to my not-so-steady-hand. We were on a hay wagon.)
The wagon was two horsepower: June and Rosie. They were huge! And I mean that in a good way. Thank you, ladies!
Ellie was hanging out with the girls, but also leaned on Daddy to make up for missing her nap.
A display in the stable measured the kids by horse. Will is Conemara pony-height. Ellie is a little taller than a Shetland pony, despite attempts to skew her measurements.
Elle also tried out a saddle, sans horse.
Not bad for a rainy, chilly October day!
