Preschool

It may not be obvious, but this was Ellie's first day of preschool. Official preschool, not Threeschool like last year, for kids who juuust miss the September 1 cutoff. She had no school bag in tow because the first day entails a 30-minute meet and greet with the teachers and kids. I had to capture the moment nonetheless, and as you can tell, she didn't mind.
This year she's in a program through the Downers Grove Park District, the same one Will participated in four years ago. Two hours, three days a week—not enough for me, but I can't argue with two teachers to eight kids. Or how Will turned out. And Ellie *loves* it!
