One big, happy Burnett family

Uncle Leo* hosted us at the Field Museum for a September Saturday afternoon jam-packed with our planet's intriguing history. While nothing can overshadow his LEGOs, Will definitely is a fan of all things science; dinosaurs may well be at the top of that list. We had to see Sue—even if she's a predator—who is celebrating her 10th year at the museum.
Such a beautiful place, with so much to do!
The prehistoric fish tank of sorts is a big hit with the kids (and, um, us). If you think life on earth is weird now, you should see it 500 million years ago!
Flower, Ellie's constant companion since our Memorial Day visit to the zoo, meets her cousin the coyote.
One of the benefits of Uncle Leo's family day is a free lunch and admission to special exhibits like RoboSue, an impressive display of lifelike dinosaurs. Bring it on, Sue—you can't mess with this mama!

Gotta love being a part of this family!
*Lest I make assumptions... Leo Burnett is the name (and founder) of Andy's company.
